-检查设备运行状况，若有任何维修需求，应立即通知主管或经理。
-与客人保持良好的关系，了解常客的喜好。
-时刻关注客人动态，最大程度的第一时间为客人解决问题，当遇到客人投诉、不满等状况，第一时间告知主管或经理。
-了解产品与服务知识，专业的向客人解释酒店的服务和设施
-良好的沟通、组织、协调能力；
-积极乐观的工作态度；
-良好的英文表达能力；
