岗位职责
1.运营管理-全面负责中餐厅的日常运营，监督餐厅环境、餐具摆设、卫生标准符合酒店品牌要求，确保菜品出品质量稳定，与厨师团队紧密合作优化菜单，管理餐厅库存、餐具及设备维护，控制损耗与成本；
2. 团队管理-招聘、培训及管理中餐厅服务团队，提升员工专业技能与服务意识，制定排班计划，合理调配人力，确保高峰时段服务顺畅，定期组织员工培训，营造积极向上的团队氛围，降低员工流失率；
3. 客户体验-处理特殊需求及投诉，确保高满意度，收集宾客反馈，持续优化服务流程与菜品设计，策划并执行季节性主题活动；
4. 财务管理-制定餐厅年度预算，监控营收、成本及利润指标，分析经营数据（翻台率、人均消费、客户评价等），提出改进方案，控制人力成本与物料采购成本；
5. 市场协作-市场部合作推广中餐厅特色，维护与高端客户、企业客户及旅行社的长期合作关系；
1.学历： 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2. 经验：5年以上高端中餐厅管理经验，奢华酒店或米其林或者黑珍珠餐厅背景更佳；
3. 熟悉粤菜、川菜等主流中餐菜系及服务流程；
