1. 准备每日的早餐和晚间鸡尾酒会，确保食物及服务的质量，做到让所有客人都满意而归
2. 及时更新客人的资料，特别对有特殊要求的客人，一定要在电脑里准确的输入客人的新资料确保其时效性
3. 认真做好每日前台工作，如：收费，外汇兑换，现金结账，信用卡结账及使用兑换券结账
4. 热情的问候每一位客人，尽可能称呼客人的名字，记下客人的名字和桌号以便时后查阅
5.负责对客服务工作，包括但不限于为宾客提供入住、离店办理、处理宾客咨询和问题、提供餐饮服务、管家服务、宾客入住期间的行程安排和体验建议等；
6.能够提供酒水服务，提供部分基础的酒水制作；
1. 拥有高端或奢华酒店至少9个月以上的酒店前厅部工作经验，能够熟练使用Opera系统；
2. 拥有良好的英文书写能力和口语能力；
3. 身体健康，相貌端庄，举止大方；
4. 积极主动，具有较强的协调组织能力，沟通能力；
5. 具有服务意识，善于观察，通过细节发现宾客需求；
