1. 协助厨师长统筹全日餐厅厨房日常运营，确保菜品出品质量、标准及出餐效率符合酒店管理规范；
2. 负责早、中、晚市及自助餐等各时段菜单执行、食材备料、动线安排与人员调度；
3. 参与新品研发、成本管控及食品安全管理，落实HACCP及卫生监管部门要求；
4. 指导并培训厨房员工，提升团队专业技能与服务意识，协助开展绩效评估与带教工作；
5. 配合完成内部稽核、外部检查及酒店品质审计相关工作。
1. 具备3年以上五星级酒店或高端餐饮企业厨房管理经验，其中至少1年担任副厨师长或同等管理岗位；
2. 熟悉西餐、亚洲融合菜系及自助餐运作流程，掌握标准化食谱执行与现场出品控制能力；
3. 具备良好的团队协作意识、抗压能力与跨部门沟通能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
