2、根据用餐人数合理备餐，控制食材成本避免浪费
3、保持厨房设备清洁及操作区域卫生符合食品安全标准
4、定期更新菜单搭配，保证营养均衡与口味多样性
5、做好食材验收、储存及台账登记工作
1、具备基础烹饪技能，能独立完成大锅菜制作
2、持有健康证，掌握食品安全操作规范
3、工作细致认真，有责任心与服务意识
4、适应早晚轮班制度，服从工作安排
5、有食堂或餐饮行业工作经验者优先
