1. 负责酒店西餐厅的日常运营管理工作，涵盖员工排班、考勤管理、工作分配等，确保西餐厅高效且有序地运转。
2. 监督西餐厅的服务质量，定期组织员工开展服务培训，着重提升全日制早餐时段及周末放题自助期间的服务水平，以提高顾客满意度；及时、妥善处理顾客投诉与建议，维护良好的顾客关系。
3. 负责西餐厅的库存管理，包括原材料、饮品、食品等的采购、验收、储存及盘点工作，尤其要确保周末放题自助食材的充足供应且无浪费，同时兼顾全日制早餐的食材需求。
4. 维护西餐厅的环境卫生与设备设施，确保顾客在享用全日制早餐和周末放题自助时，用餐环境舒适、安全，及时维修或更换损坏的设备。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2年以上西餐厅或相关餐饮行业的管理工作经验，熟悉西餐厅运营流程，尤其是有全日制早餐及自助餐运营经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效管理员工，提升团队在全日制早餐及周末放题自助服务期间的效率。
4. 具备较强的服务意识和顾客导向思维，能够处理顾客在全日制早餐及周末放题自助期间的投诉，提升顾客满意度。
5. 身体健康，无不良嗜好，能够适应西餐厅在全日制早餐及周末放题自助服务期间的工作环境和工作强度。
