Salary: 4000 - 6000
1. 统筹管理宴会厅日常运营，包括宴前筹备、现场服务执行、宴后收尾及客户反馈跟进；
2. 指导并监督服务团队按标准流程提供高质量餐饮与会务服务，确保服务规范性、及时性与宾客满意度；
3. 协同销售、厨房及后勤部门完成宴会方案落地，合理调配人力与物资，保障大型宴会活动顺利实施；
4. 负责服务人员排班、培训、绩效辅导及日常考核，持续提升团队专业能力与服务意识；
5. 及时处理现场突发状况及宾客投诉，按公司服务标准妥善解决，维护品牌形象。
1. 具备高星级酒店或高端餐饮场所宴会服务管理经验，熟悉中西式宴会全流程运作；
2. 熟练掌握宴会服务标准、食品安全常识及基础消防应急知识，持有有效健康证明；
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、抗压能力及跨部门沟通能力，能独立统筹100人以上规模宴会；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先；
5. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法犯罪记录，认同企业服务文化与价值观。
