1、负责建立并维护与VIP宾客的良好关系,提供个性化服务,提升宾客满意度及忠诚度
2、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求,协调相关部门及时解决问题,确保宾客体验
3、定期分析宾客反馈数据,提出服务改进建议并推动实施
4、协助制定宾客关系管理流程及标准,优化服务品质
5、组织并参与VIP宾客的接待、拜访及回访工作
6、培训前台及客服团队,提升整体服务水平
1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先
2、3年以上高星级酒店宾客服务或客户关系管理经验
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力及危机处理能力
4、熟练使用酒店管理系统(如Opera)及办公软件
5、英语口语流利,能熟练处理外宾需求
6、形象气质佳,服务意识强,具备高度责任心
