岗位职责:
1. 保持库存现金限额并保证每日对所收现金进行准确报告。
2. 促进酒店内房间及设施的销售,分析并批准折扣/扣减。确保一线员工掌握销售技巧,尽量提高销售。
3. 按照酒店政策,组织员工实习,并对员工的实习做出评价。
4. 确保到酒店的客人都受到及时关注,对客人需求作出反映,解决相关问题。
5. 高效的提供服务,正确处理客人的投诉。
6. 领导安排其他事务。

任职要求:
1.能够读写英语;
2.熟练使用微软办公软件和前台Opera系统。
3.拥有2年前厅或宾客服务工作经验。
