1、负责宾客从入住到离店的全流程服务管理,确保每位宾客享受到优质、个性化的服务体验;
2、协调酒店各部门,快速响应并解决宾客在住宿期间遇到的问题和需求,提升宾客满意度;
3、定期收集宾客反馈,分析服务中的亮点与不足,提出改进建议,推动服务质量的持续提升;
4、管理宾客服务团队,包括培训、排班、绩效评估等,确保团队高效运作,保持良好的服务态度和专业水平;
5、处理宾客投诉,以专业、耐心的态度进行沟通,有效化解矛盾,维护酒店品牌形象;
6、参与制定并执行宾客服务相关的政策和流程,确保服务标准的一致性和合规性;

1、大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2、拥有至少同岗位或相关工作经验,熟悉酒店运营流程和服务标准;
3、具备出色的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力,能够在压力下保持冷静,有效处理各种突发情况;
4、拥有良好的团队管理和领导能力,能够激励团队成员,提升整体服务水平;
5、具备强烈的客户服务意识,以宾客为中心,致力于提供卓越的服务体验;
6、熟练使用办公软件和酒店管理系统,具备良好的数据分析能力,以支持服务优化决策。
