Salary: 3500 - 4500
1. 负责酒店配电系统、照明设备、电梯、空调、水泵、消防应急电源等电气设施的日常巡检、维护保养及故障抢修，保障运营区域用电安全与连续性；
2. 响应客房、餐饮、会议等营业部门的电气报修需求，及时处理插座、开关、灯具、弱电接口等常见问题，确保宾客服务体验；
3. 参与酒店装修改造项目的电气施工配合工作，包括管线预埋、设备安装、通电调试及竣工验收，严格依据国家及行业电气规范执行；
4. 定期测试接地电阻、漏电保护装置、应急照明及疏散指示系统，如实记录并归档维保台账，落实消防安全主体责任；
5. 遵守酒店能源管理制度，协助开展节电分析与技术改进，杜绝私拉乱接、超负荷用电等违规行为。
1. 持有有效期内的低压电工作业操作证；
2. 具备中等职业技术学校（中专、技工学校或职业高中）电气类相关专业学历；
3. 熟悉酒店常用电气设备运行特点，了解BMS系统基础功能、消防联动控制原理及客房智能控制系统基本构成；
4. 具备独立识读电气系统图、平面布置图及设备说明书的能力，能规范使用万用表、兆欧表等检测工具；
5. 符合特种作业人员健康标准要求，无妨碍从事电工作业的疾病或生理缺陷；
6. 具备良好的服务意识和基本沟通协调能力，能适应轮班制及突发故障响应要求。
