1.市场营销、传媒、公共关系或相关专业优先；具备良好的平面设计和具有创新性的写作编辑和活动策划能力；
2.至少3年以上市场传媒相关经验，有星级酒店或高端度假村市场传媒经验者优先；
3.具备出色的市场分析和战略规划能力，能够制定并执行有效的市场传媒策略；
4.优秀的沟通和人际交往能力、领导力与团队管理，推动团队达成目标。
