1. 负责公司应付账款的日常管理与核算工作，确保账目清晰、准确无误。
2. 审核供应商发票及付款申请，核对合同条款与实际支付情况，保证合规性。
3. 定期与供应商进行账目核对，处理对账差异，维护良好的供应商关系。
4. 编制应付账款报表，分析应付账款结构，为管理层提供决策支持。
5. 参与公司财务流程优化，提升应付账款处理效率与准确性。
6. 协助完成年度审计及税务检查中应付账款部分的相关工作。
1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业背景。
2. 具备2年以上应付账款管理或相关工作经验，熟悉财务软件操作。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效处理与供应商及内部部门的沟通。
4. 工作细致认真，责任心强，具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
5. 熟悉国家财务法规及税务政策，能够确保应付账款处理的合规性。
6. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件，具备良好的数据处理和报表编制能力
