酒店住宿预付款项的控制工作
监控酒店的现金及投资
分析研究出纳的帐目出入
按明细帐目编号将支票录入系统
分析并录入银行对帐单信息
编制诸如周转金及换置备用金等银行往来调节表
审查月度存货应付帐款对账单
审查采购应付帐目
审查旅行社提成支付款项
审查不同来源的帐目，然后准备将其录入总帐
编制月末各类帐目
编制资产负债表，并进行必要的对帐工作
整理准备月末结帐的各类会计凭证
批准付款要求，提前支付员工及付款前的小额现金款项
直接财务总监汇报交流有关财务控制方面的事宜
酒店其他部门就财会及内部控制事宜进行充分地合作、协调与沟通
具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的学士学位或毕业证书。
三年酒店会计或审计经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
善于分析和解决问题
熟练使用微软办公软件
良好的沟通技能
具有团队精神、积极主动、勇于负责、工作勤奋、抗压性强
