1.负责空调、通风、制冷和制热设施设备的维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。
2.负责水、电、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。
3.负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理。
4.客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。
5.严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。
6.根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。
7.按期巡检消防设备，协助安消部进行消防检查，消防试验，在发生火灾时给消防人员提供帮助。
8.完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
悉各种机械设备的性能，掌握设备的维修和排除故障的专业知识，具有机电、空位维修等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务。
