机电工岗位职责：
1.定期检查配电箱、开关柜的线路老化、接触不良等问题，及时更换损坏部件（如熔断器、接触器）。
2.排查酒店内电力线路故障（短路、断路、漏电），修复或更换绝缘层破损的电缆。
3.维护照明系统（如LED灯具、应急照明电源），保障用电安全与能效。
4.检修电动机、变压器、变频器等设备。
5.指导非电工人员基础用电安全（如禁止湿手操作开关）。
油漆工岗位职责：
1.负责建筑物、家具、设备或特定结构的表面涂装工作，包括油漆、涂料、清漆等的施工，确保表面处理、涂装质量符合工艺标准及客户要求。
2.对墙面、金属、木材等基材进行清洁、打磨、修补、除锈等预处理，确保表面平整、无杂质，根据要求填补裂缝、修补孔洞，并涂抹底漆或防锈涂层。
3.使用喷枪、滚筒、刷子等工具进行喷涂、滚涂或手工刷漆，确保涂层均匀、无滴漏或气泡
4.遵守安全操作规程，正确使用防护装备（如口罩、护目镜、手套等）。
5.维护涂装工具（如喷枪、空压机等），定期清洁保养，统计涂料消耗量，协助采购及库存管理，避免浪费。

2.具备一定的体力，能从事站立、弯腰、举臂等作业
