Salary: 5000 - 6000
1. 负责楼层客房服务与清洁管理，监督客房清洁质量、布草更换及设施设备完好性，确保符合酒店服务标准与卫生规范；
2. 负责楼层员工排班、工作分配、现场指导与日常考核，组织落实服务流程培训与服务质量检查；
3. 及时响应并妥善处理宾客入住、退房、维修、投诉等各类需求，协调前台、工程、安保等部门协同处置；
4. 执行客房安全管理制度，开展楼层日常巡查，排查消防隐患、可疑物品及异常情况，按规定上报并跟进闭环；
5. 管理楼层物资领用与库存，控制易耗品损耗，定期盘点并提报补充需求，保障运营成本合理可控。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先，具备3年及以上高星级酒店客房部基层管理或领班工作经验；
2. 熟悉星级酒店客房运营标准、清洁作业流程及安全管理制度；
3. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力与团队管理能力，能适应倒班及节假日工作安排；
4. 遵守法律法规，无法律禁止从业情形，身心健康，能胜任岗位履职要求。
