1、全面负责温泉中心楼层的日常运营管理工作，确保服务流程规范、高效；
2、监督并指导员工执行标准化服务流程，提升客户满意度；
3、定期检查温泉区域设施设备的运行状况，及时报修并跟进维护进度；
4、协调处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保问题得到及时妥善解决；
5、负责员工的排班、培训及绩效考核，优化团队工作效率；
6、协助制定并执行温泉中心的清洁、消毒及安全管理制度；
7、定期汇总运营数据，分析问题并提出改进建议。
1、具备较强的服务意识和管理能力，能适应高强度工作；
2、良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效处理客户及员工关系；
3、具备一定的突发事件处理经验，冷静应对紧急情况；
4、有酒店、温泉或相关服务行业工作经验者优先；
5、具备团队合作精神，责任心强，注重细节。
