• Greet the guest and fellow team members in a warm way, try best to answer inquiry and provide help whenever and wherever encounter them in the hotel, own the problems and take initiative to follow up accordingly, regardless of positions and levels.

• Alter and repair staff uniforms.
修改和修补员工制服。
• Repair bedroom and restaurant linens.
修补客房和餐厅的布草。
• Assist with other Laundry department duties when time permits.
时间允许时协助完成洗衣房的其它职责。
• Deliver high quality service to guests.
为客户提供高质量的服务。
• Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保满足客人的需要和合理的要求。
• Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
寻找机会不断地改善服务质量。
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
采取恰当的方式解决客人的投诉。
• Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs, keep the sewing machine in proper working order.

• Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.

• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
完成你上级交待的其它任务。
• Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, IHG Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.

• Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).

• Primary Education or equivalent

• Some laundry experience.
