1、负责西餐冷菜的制作，包括沙拉、冷盘、开胃菜等，确保菜品品质与口感符合标准
2、根据菜单需求准备食材，合理控制成本，保证食材新鲜与卫生
3、维护冷菜工作区域的清洁与消毒，严格遵守食品安全与卫生规范
4、协助研发新菜品，定期更新冷菜菜单，提升顾客用餐体验
5、配合厨房团队完成日常备餐及高峰时段的出餐任务
1、具备基础的西餐冷菜制作技能，熟悉常见冷菜的制作流程
2、了解食品安全与卫生标准，持有健康证者优先
3、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备团队协作精神
4、对菜品摆盘与创意有一定理解，愿意学习新技能
5、工作细致认真，责任心强，能接受轮班制工作安排
