5. 监控宴会销售市场动态，分析竞争对手策略，为公司的宴会销售策略提供数据支持。
6. 定期组织销售培训，提升团队销售技巧和服务水平，打造高效销售团队。
7. 维护与老客户的良好关系，开发新客户，拓展宴会销售市场。
1.大专以上学历，良好的英文沟通能力。
1.具有酒店婚宴、宴会及会议销售岗位工作经验。
2.对高档宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验。
3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
4.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
