1、协助采购文员确保收到的采购申请单有人负责跟进，并留意送抵的货品是否符合酒店要求。
寻找并建立可靠的供应渠道，协助参与合同的谈判工作。
2、确定产品和重要物品以便将成本控制到最低。
3、处理部门的采购要求，获取有竞争性的报价和投标。
4、防止库存浪费和损坏。
5、确定培训需要， 与其它部门合作制定正式培训计划，对采购人员进行培训。
6、与上级一起制定人力资源规划和管理需求。
7、执行标准的采购规范。客用的物品都以集团标准、国家安全标准为第一。
采购的原料均以无毒、无害、不产生二次污染等为标准。
根据当地政府有关货物的政策，文件进行采购。
熟练使用微软办公软件
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
良好的写作技能
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力
具有物资，采购管理或相关领域证书
