1、协助采购部经理确保收到的采购申请单有人负责跟进，并留意送抵的货品是否符合酒店要求。
处理部门的采购要求，获取有竞争性的报价和投标。
2、根据市场调查价格，协助采购经理准备采购月报表，比较分析同期供货商报价和酒店实际支付的采购价。
及时回应各部门的采购要求，与各部门协同工作。
3、客用的物品都以集团标准、国家安全标准为第一。采购的原料均以无毒、无害、不产生二次污染等为标准。
4、监督酒店的各类供应商，确保物美价廉且能够按时交货。

4、完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力
