1. 负责公司销售团队的日常管理和运营，制定并执行销售策略与计划，以达成销售目标。
2. 监控市场动态，分析竞争对手情况，为产品定位和销售策略调整提供数据支持。
3. 拓展新客户，维护老客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度，促进长期合作。
4. 组织并参与销售活动，如展会、研讨会等，提升公司品牌知名度和产品影响力。
5. 定期对销售团队进行业绩评估，提供培训和发展机会，激励团队达成更高业绩。
任职资格
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
2. 拥有5年以上销售工作经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验。
3. 具备良好的市场洞察力和分析能力，能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
4. 优秀的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效激励团队并推动项目进展。
5. 具备较强的抗压能力，能够在快节奏和高压力的环境下保持高效工作。
