1、工作时坚持站立服务，微笑服务和敬语服务，向每一位进店、离店的客人致意问候。
2、为上下车客人开关车门，下雨天要为上下车客人撑伞，并派伞套给客人。
3、协助行李员装运行李。
4、为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人合理的要求。
5、配合保安员确保酒店前交通畅通，做好门前的安全保卫工作。
6、应始终保持旺盛的服务热情，为酒店树立良好的形象。
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，会简单英语沟通；
2、相貌端正，身体健康，有较强的服务意识、推销意识以及责任感
接受实习生（可实习6个月及以上）
