协助副厨师长管理和培训属下员工
保持对产品的综合性知识的了解，包括配料、设备；
带领下属按时完成上级交付的任务。
按照部门的标准，制作和装饰出品。
遵守FSMS的卫生标准和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
酒店管理、餐饮或相关专业的大专学历及以上学历等资历，1年以上相关工作经验含管理经验，熟悉餐厅的运作。
