A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
- Manage room attendants, public area attendants, and linen operations
- Conduct room inspections to ensure brand and quality standards are met
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies
- Address guest needs and respond promptly to service requests
What we need from you
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel
- Strong communication and team-leading skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of housekeeping systems and inventory control
- Flexibility to work varied schedules
