As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to drive the Revenue Management in optimizing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and maximizing overall revenue.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and budgeting activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Monitor and update rates across all distribution channels
- Prepare revenue reports, performance analyses, and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Support inventory management and availability controls
- Ensure accuracy of data within revenue management systems
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related role within hospitality
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems
- Good understanding of KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
