【岗位职责】
1、负责自助餐菜品的制作、摆盘及出品，确保菜品质量符合酒店标准。
2、根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本，减少浪费。
3、保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全及卫生标准。
4、维护和保养厨房设备，确保其正常运转。
5、配合团队完成每日餐品准备工作，确保出餐效率。
6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、有五星级酒店厨师经验者优先。
2、具有1年以上工作经验。
3、对厨房营运有基本的了解。
4、具有团队合作意识。
