Cost Control Supervisor 成本控制主管

•To assist the Cost Control Manager in the effective management of the hotel’s cost control, preparation of cost reports, analyzes, paying particular attention to the maintenance of high accounting standards, management information and controls consistent with the statutory requirements, standards and the property needs.
协助成本经理全面有效管理酒店成本控制工作，制定成本报表、分析。高标准要求财务制度、管理信息、内部控制、集团标准及酒店要求。
• Understands thoroughly objectives in Cost Control as to provide an effective auditing system for the activities of the Operating Management division.
透彻了解成本控制的目标，以协助成本经理建立一个有效的管控系统，对运营部门的活动进行控制。
• Provides summary reports of costs and submit to DOF for review on a monthly basis.
提供成本摘要报表给财务部，以制作每日和每月财务报表。
• Provides Department Heads with the cost figures necessary for them to operate their individual profit centre profitably.
协助各部门经理，提供他们所需要的成本数据，以便他们更好地对其营运部门进行管理，实现利润更大化。
• Ensures accurate data input by operation level personnel.
确保操作部门员工数据输入的正确性。
• Ensures that three quotations have been obtained for all items purchased

• Monitors and ensures that Purchasing obtains up-to-date and accurate quotations.

7. Ensures that all goods delivered by suppliers are channelled to the Receiving Department.

8. Ensures all scales are working properly.

• Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin
出色的普通话及英语的口语和写作能力
• 2 year experience in a similar capacity or 2 year experience in a Hotel or 1 year teaching experience.
2年相关工作经验或2年酒店工作经验
• Computer Skill

• Good interpersonal skills
