Your day to day
Provide financial leadership to create and protect value in Americas Region in particular for the US/CA Franchise Operations Key Accountabilities Key Metric
- Shape and enable the delivery of Americas Franchise strategy through strong financial leadership, partnering with Franchise
- Performance Support Organization to ensure funds and resources are deployed effectively to drive required results
- Enable and help to shape the delivery of Americas Finance strategy through function leadership
- Lead delivery of effective and appropriate support to Americas Franchise to drive improvement in business performance through direct and indirect reports
- Deliver analysis of metrics to shape key business decisions, investments, and strategic projects
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team of Finance Business Partners
What we need from you
- 8-10 years of progressive work-related Hotel operations Finance experience, with preference for operations & franchising experience. MBA preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving strategic change, and challenging & communicating with senior leadership in a complex matrix organization
- Strategic, analytical, and influencing skills to sustain high impact relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of results
- Ability to effectively balance delivery of short term results with stewardship of the business and sustaining longer term competitive advantage

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary for this role is $139,000 to $160,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
