Director of Club (Six Senses Place) - Six Senses Tel Aviv (pre-opening)

This is where the city’s energy meets a deeper rhythm. Opening in 2026, Six Senses Place Tel Aviv will be a pioneering urban sanctuary overlooking Rothschild Boulevard—a space for curated connection, longevity-focused wellness, forward-thinking food and drink, and a bold sense of belonging.

We’re seeking a director to lead this extraordinary space. Not a traditional club manager—but a community builder. Someone emotionally intelligent, instinctively warm, with an intuitive sense of what makes people feel seen, inspired, and at ease.

What you’ll do:

• Be the face, heart, and rhythm of the club.

• Build a vibrant, inclusive member community that reflects the spirit of Tel Aviv.

• Curate experiences that bridge social connection, culture, and wellbeing.

• Collaborate with third-party partners across F&B, wellness, and clinic services.

• Lead your team with care, clarity, and creative vision.

Your background:

• Previous experience leading a members’ club, or a hospitality/wellness venue with a strong community focus is ideal – but exceptional leaders from related sectors (wellness, F&B, cultural spaces) are encouraged to apply

• Deep connections in the Tel Aviv market, particularly within wellness, sustainability, lifestyle, or F&B, would be a real advantage

• Known for building or curating spaces that foster belonging and wellbeing – whether that’s as a club director, operator, community builder, or influencer

• Strong leadership skills and a track record of nurturing teams, while delivering exceptional member experiences

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for creating places that make a positive impact

• Right to work in Israel

• Fluent in English and Hebrew
