As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be a member of the Executive Committee and will lead the commercial strategy to position the hotel as a leading destination hotel in the region.

Define and execute the hotel’s sales & marketing strategy
Drive revenue growth across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Group segments, Food and Beverage and Banquet sales
Position the hotel as a reference MICE destination close to Paris
Develop strong local and international partnerships
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve ambitious targets
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to maximise performance
Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
Ensure brand alignment with Crowne Plaza and IHG standards
Managing daily sales activities
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field
Proven experience as DOSM or Senior Commercial Leader in a 4* or 5* hotel
Four or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
Strong expertise in MICE-driven environments
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach
Strong knowledge of Parisian local business and/or international markets
Fluency in French and English
