【岗位职责】
1、负责全日餐厅日常运营工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作
2、按照标准流程为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保服务品质
3、熟悉菜单内容，能够为客人推荐菜品并解答相关问题
4、保持餐厅环境整洁，维护餐具及设备的正常使用
5、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，及时反馈上级
【岗位要求】
1、对酒店餐饮行业有热情，愿意从基础岗位学习成长
2、具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神
3、能够适应早晚班轮班工作制
4、普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力者优先
5、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应快节奏工作环境
