【岗位职责】
1、负责全日餐厅的迎宾接待工作，热情礼貌地迎接和引导客人，确保客人获得良好的印象
2、合理安排客人座位，协调餐厅服务员的工作分配，确保用餐区域高效运转
3、熟悉餐厅菜单及特色菜品，能够为客人提供基本的菜品介绍和推荐
4、处理客人预订信息，准确记录并传达客人的特殊需求（如生日、纪念日等）
5、协助处理客人投诉及突发情况，及时向上级反馈问题并跟进解决
6、维护餐厅前厅区域的整洁与秩序，确保符合酒店服务标准
【岗位要求】
1、形象气质佳，亲和力强，具备良好的服务意识和职业素养
2、具备基本的英语沟通能力，能够应对简单的英文接待
3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够高效处理多任务工作场景
4、有酒店或餐饮行业工作经验者优先，无经验者可培训上岗
5、能够适应早晚班轮班工作制（含周末及节假日）
6、工作细致耐心，具备应对突发情况的应变能力
