1.完成岗位工作任务，保障酒店、员工、客人的安全。
2.值守消防和监控设备，及时发现和处理各种报警。
3.发生火情时执行饭店的消防应急程序。
4.准确操作中控室的各种设备处置发生在酒店的紧急情况。
5.确保在规定的时限内完成工作。
1、退伍军人优先。
2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
4、拥有中级消防监控证。
