• 检查客房以确保客房达到清洁的特定要求
• 每日与客房部管家交流情况
• 以对宾馆的详尽了解来回答客人的提问
• 始终保持工作区域干净整齐
• 保证所有设备保持良好的工作 状态
• 与其它部门合作完成任何必要的工作，以保证酒店的高效运转
• 及时向保安部报告可疑人物
• 大专以上学历，有国际联号酒店同岗位工作经验者优先
• 有2年以上客房管理工作经验或2年以上同星级酒店客房管理工作经验
• 熟悉本部门专业知识，熟练使用电脑
• 身体健康，相貌端正
• 受过专业培训，并且能力出众
