To ensure our guests enjoy seamless, personalized, and memorable stays from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart, we’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who embodies genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and consistent professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
🌟 Front Desk Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, authentic welcome that sets the tone for a positive guest experience.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency, accuracy, and a guest-first mindset.
- Handle payments, billing queries, and administrative tasks with precision and responsibility.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and issues with empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide local recommendations and personalized suggestions that elevate the stay experience.
- Recognize and engage with IHG One Rewards members and returning guests with genuine appreciation.
- Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure coordinated service.
- Uphold brand standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.
🧩 Operational & Service Excellence
- Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Keep the front desk area organized, presentable, and fully prepared for guest interactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods and special situations.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in daily tasks and guest interactions.

● Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
● Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
● Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
● Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
