We are seeking a General Cashier & Paymaster to join our pre-opening team and play a vital role in re-establishing one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this key finance position, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all hotel cash handling and payroll operations.
You’ll be responsible for managing daily banking and accounting processes, preparing reconciliations and payroll reports, and maintaining strict compliance with hotel policies and financial standards. Through your precision, integrity, and attention to detail, you’ll help support smooth financial operations across all departments.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel finance, payroll, or accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of cashiering, banking, and payroll procedures.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/payroll systems.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information confidentially.
Ability to verify overtime approvals, prepare monthly reconciliations and reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Strong collaboration skills to liaise effectively with department heads and internal auditors.
