• 按照酒店的程序，为所有到达客人登记及安排房间
• 为客人登记、结账及更换房间，按照预定部要求，确保把所有数据完整输入酒店电脑系统
• 了解酒店所有的促销政策，如季节性的包价，航空里程累计活动，以及洲际酒店集团的促销政策
• 按照洲际品牌标准，维持良好的个人仪态、仪表
• 保持前台工作区域的干净，及正常工作秩序
• 为客人提供高标准服务，特别是洲际酒店的长期客人及重要客人的服务
• 熟练的中英文书写和口头表达能力
• 拥有相关工作或培训经历
• 有PSB经验、Opera系统使用经验
• 良好的组织和协调技巧，能够坚持到底完成工作
• 精通电脑操作技巧，特别是办公软件和电子邮件
• 至少一年酒店或大型公司相关工作经验
• 具有旅游/酒店行业知识优先
