•Be responsible for the overall planning and management of guest reception services, optimize the guest reception process, and enhance customer satisfaction.
负责宾客接待服务的统筹与管理工作,优化宾客接待流程,提升客户满意度。
•Coordinate with relevant departments to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring service quality and response efficiency.
协调相关部门处理宾客咨询、投诉及特殊需求,确保服务质量与响应效率。
•Organize daily training and performance evaluations for the guest relations team, and enhance the team's professional competence and service awareness.
组织开展宾客关系团队的日常培训与绩效考核,提升团队专业素养与服务意识。
•Collect and analyze guest feedback information, submit regular service improvement reports, and promote continuous improvement of service quality.
收集并分析宾客反馈信息,定期提交服务改进报告,推动服务品质持续提升。
•Participate in the formulation and implementation of important guest reception plans, and maintain good customer relationships.
参与重要客户接待方案的制定与执行,维护良好的客户关系。

•A college degree or above, with a major in hotel management, tourism management or a related field is preferred.
大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
•Have at least 3 years of experience in guest service in hotels or high-end service industries, and 1 year of team management experience.
具有3年以上酒店或高端服务行业宾客服务相关工作经验,1年以上团队管理经验。
•Be familiar with customer service processes and standards, and possess strong communication and coordination skills as well as the ability to handle emergencies.
熟悉客户服务流程与标准,具备较强的沟通协调能力及突发事件处理能力。
•Have a good professional image and service awareness, and be meticulous and responsible in work.
具备良好的职业形象与服务意识,工作细致、责任心强。
•Be familiar with the service standards and safety regulations of the hotel industry, and be able to adapt to the shift work system (including night shifts).
熟悉酒店行业服务标准及安全规范,可适应轮班工作制(含夜班)
•Have a strong passion for the service industry, possess a high level of service awareness and a customer-oriented working attitude.
对服务行业充满热情,具备高度的服务意识及以宾客为中心的工作态度。
•Proficient in using hotel management systems such as Opera
熟练使用Opera等酒店管理系统
•Possess a proper appearance and demonstrate professional etiquette skills.
