• 协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作。
• 协调所有对客康乐服务。
• 负责所有对客服务的安全 。
• 管理部门内全体员工。
• 对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理。
• 使用市场销售数据。
• 协助新产品和服务的开发工作。
• 协助对销售和市场活动的评估。
• 预测业务水平并制定工作计划。
• 遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。
• 向客人提供高品质的服务。
• 遵守部门清洁和保养规定。
• 按要求参加管理层会议并参与讨论。
• 与人力资源部一起制定人力资源计划与需求。
• 与财务部一起准备和管理部门预算。
1.大专或以上学历；
2.持有救生证、红十字急救证书，熟练掌握泳池水质调节技术；
3.拥有2年及以上相同岗位工作经历优先。
