We are seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources team for a 12 month fixed-term position. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start or grow their career in a broad, generalist HR role.
Working closely with the Human Resources Director, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across key people processes and act as a friendly first point of contact for team members when required.
Your Role
- Providing administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and employee records
- Assist with contract and document preparation, data entry and filing
- Support employee communications and general HR enquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate record-keeping
- Plan and execute key events to launch HR initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented with a professional and approachable manner
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- Previous administrative, HR or hotel experience is an advantage, but not essential
