  • Handle full scope of HR administrative tasks
  • Prepare and manage documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Support the monthly payroll process by collecting and reviewing data
  • Create and maintain regular reports and statistics
  • Support HR Director and Department Heads with HR-related matters
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labour regulations
  • Maintain and secure employee files and records
  • Assist foreign citizens with document compliance

Main Duties We Will Assign to You:

Recruitment

  • Advertise open positions, conduct interviews, and select candidates
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes

Employer Branding

  • Lead and support internal Employer Branding projects as assigned by HR Director
  • Facilitate professional internal communication, both written and verbal

Trainees & Apprentices

  • Identify departmental needs for apprentices/trainees
  • Liaise with partner schools and share recruitment flyers and needs

Payroll Preparation

  • Manage payroll data deadlines and submission timelines
  • Review and verify data (working hours, vacation, sick leave, etc.)
  • Prepare finalized payroll documentation for outsourced partner
  • Coordinate with payroll provider and Finance Department
  • Maintain payroll master file and working time data analysis

Training

  • Participate in required training courses
  • Apply knowledge gained in daily tasks
  • Lead orientation sessions and hotel tours for new employees or visitors
  • Monitor and update training records

Admin & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Provide proof of income/employment documents when needed
  • Avoid waste of materials, energy, and water

Appearance, Hygiene & Security

  • Maintain exemplary grooming and professional appearance
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and fire safety regulations
  • Keep surroundings clean and organized
  • Participate in mandatory safety and fire training
  • Report violations of safety regulations to supervisors or duty manager

Employee Relations

  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and helpful attitude at all times
  • Greet colleagues and guests with a smile
  • Remain calm and supportive even in difficult situations
  • Communicate employee feedback or complaints to HR Director
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
