1.向客人、会员和来访者提供及时、高效和礼貌的服务。
2.按照既定次序和清洁标准来维护泳池设施，检查救生和急救设备。
3.向主管汇报维修和保养问题，熟悉所负责区域的各种机器设备，以及其它相关的酒店信息，以向客人提供准确的信息。
4.确保充分供应客人的用品、毛巾、布草和其他客人所需物品等。
5.遵守酒店关于泳池毛巾的发放和回收的工作程序。
6.对池畔区域进行定期视察，以确保其达到清洁标准。
7.客人行为违反安全政策时劝阻客人，发现客人溺水时立即采取急救措施。
8.每小时检查水池氯含量和水温并做好记录，发现水池氯含量或水温不符合标准时立即采取行动。
1.具有高度的安全意识和责任感，对会员安全负责。
2.做好游泳者的安全管理。
3.密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4.定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。
5.已获得救生员证。
