【岗位职责】
1.负责酒店的布草、员工制服和客衣的洗涤熨烫工作的正常运作
2.负责本部门员工的培训工作,进行业务指导及考核
3.监督安全生产及卫生管理工作
4.督导员工擦拭保养洗涤设备,与友邻部门建立良好的工作联系
5.教育员工遵守酒店各项规章制度和岗位工作规程;做好员工的思想工作
6.掌握洗烫设备、各类纺织物品和洗涤用品性能,在保证质量的前提下,做到高效低耗,控制成本
【岗位要求】
1.高中以上学历，熟练使用电脑
2.2年以上洗衣部管理工作经验
3.熟悉部门专业知识,熟悉洗涤设备的使用与保养持有高级洗衣师证优先考虑
