1. 确保了解并执行IHG酒店集团的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。
2. 始终保持给予客人的服务及出品都是始终如一的高标准。
3. 演示出引以为豪的工作场所和高质量的保证。
4. 无时无刻为客人提供优质的服务。
5. 有礼貌及高效地为客人效劳。
6. 根据标准摆台。
7. 利用正确的技巧为客人推荐食物和酒水。
8. 能正确点击POS系统上面的所有项目，并在每次“送单”之前再从新检查一遍。
9. 与厨师沟通关于客人对食物的特殊要求。
10. 确保备餐间及工作柜的用具齐全。
11. 维护后场的清洁干净，安全，整齐。
12. 确保所有出品在递账单给客人之前上齐。
13. 负责收银员的工作。
14. 最大限度的令客人满意。
15. 根据预定的情况摆台。
16. 确保送到客人桌子上出品是正确无误的。
17. 参与每天，每个星期，乃至每个月的盘点。
18. 当客人餐桌上有食物碎屑的时候清理桌面。
1.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
2.工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
3.身体健康，形象良好。
