Role Description
We are seeking a Manager for the Channel Strategy & Planning team to lead outputs against audience, channel and campaign insights. This role will be pivotal in decision-making against what content populates across which channels to the IHG audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance-driven marketing, strong organization and management skills, and a strategic mindset to foster partnerships and enhance our organizational ways of working.
Your day to day
- Drive decisioning against content management for Global Marketing initiatives
- Lead audience, channel and campaign insight gathering in partnership with our Global Analytics team
- Evolve channel and campaign methodologies, ensuring they ladder up to our organizational objectives
- Work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to support global initiatives and gather key insights that directly impact performance
- Manage a Centralized Insights Hub that captures organizational learnings & provides data accessibility to Global Marketing teams
What we need from you
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 4-6 years of experience in work-related fields
- Experience doing data analysis to track and manage performance and draw insights and recommendations for improvement
- Demonstrated or previous experience with content management is preferred, but not required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $110,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
