This role will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives across Greater China. This position will focus on designing and optimizing structures, roles, and processes to enhance business efficiency — with a particular emphasis on the establishment and transition of activities to the Shared Service Center (SSC).
The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience combined with practical in-house HR exposure, enabling both strategic insight and hands-on execution.
Your day to day
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Lead organization design initiatives, including structure reviews, role design, and capability assessment.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operating efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into practical OD solutions.
Shared Service Center (SSC) Project Ownership
Serve as the HR project lead for defining and transitioning tasks into the SSC.
- Conduct comprehensive job and task analysis to identify activities suitable for centralization or automation.
- Work with functional leaders and SSC stakeholders to design optimal process flows, service scope, and governance models.
- Monitor implementation progress, assess impact, and refine the model to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
Change Management & Communication
- Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational transitions.
- Build stakeholder alignment and employee understanding through clear communication and engagement strategies.
- Support leadership teams in managing people impacts and ensuring smooth transitions.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Organization Development, Transformation, or Consulting.
- Proven background working both in a management consulting firm (e.g., strategy, HR, or operations consulting) and in-house HR/OD roles.
- Hands-on experience conducting job and task analysis, process mapping, and role alignment.
- Demonstrated success in leading or supporting Shared Service Center design, migration, or optimization projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong communication and presentation capability.
