1. 负责制定并执行销售策略，达成公司设定的销售目标和业绩指标。
2. 拓展新客户，维护老客户关系，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
3. 分析市场动态和竞争对手情况，为公司产品定位和销售策略调整提供依据。
4. 组建并管理销售团队，进行销售技巧培训和业绩考核，提升团队整体销售能力。
5. 协调内部资源，解决销售过程中遇到的问题，确保销售流程顺畅。
6. 参与公司产品的市场推广活动，提升品牌知名度和市场占有率。
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。
2. 至少3年以上销售工作经验，其中2年以上销售团队管理经验。
3. 具备出色的市场洞察力和分析能力，能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求。
4. 优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系。
5. 具备较强的团队管理和领导能力，能够激发团队成员的积极性和创造力。
6. 熟练使用办公软件和销售管理系统，具备良好的数据分析和报告撰写能力。
7. 积极主动，责任心强，能够承受较大的工作压力，适应出差。
